Purple Tiger (non-alcoholic)

Purple Tiger

1/2 oz Savory Chana simple syrup (see recipe above)
1/2 oz yuzu puree
1/2 lime juice
2 oz Drink Monday Mezcal 
2 oz Butterfly Pea Tea 
Shake with ice and strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass.  Garnish with edible flower.
Simple Syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp Savory Chana
Stir to dissolve the sugar and then let simmer for ~15 minutes.  Strain and store for up to 2 weeks
